Michael Sheen, who will play Aro (a member of the Volturi) in the Twilight sequel New Moon is being honored by the Queen of England at Buckinham Palace. He will be given a Most Excellent Order of the British Empire award, an OBE which gives him the rank of officer. He received an Oscar nomination for his portrayal of former Prime Minister, Tony Blair, in the The Queen.

Michael commented, “This is a huge honour. I am both thrilled and slightly mystified. But very grateful. It’ll be nice to meet the real Queen at last.”
